MY CAREER
Elaboration of a frame for the elaboration of a Non-formal Educational politics for young marginalized people in Haiti. This report was drafted within the framework of a professional internship of membership in Washington DC with the Education Development Center (EDC) and the Haitian government for the project IDEJEN.
Implementation of a professional development project for Haitian marginalized youth. -Represent the organization at the official Institutions in Haiti - Meet possible investors and mobilize funds for the implementation of the project.
Translation and notes taking during the interviews and the focuses groups -Interpretations of the first data and the report of analyses.

Work Experience
Train 50 teachers’ trainers and teachers in Cap-Haitian and in Port-au-Prince on the capacity building of education.

Strengthen the capacity of the Institution at the administrative and the educational level. -Form and accompany the staff, the teachers as well as the parents in the education of the children and the young people who are enrolled in the school. -Develop, administer and estimate, in association with the staff, the annual program set as well as some educational projects. –Ensure that the Institution offers a good quality of education to all pupils, in particularly to the learners in difficulties of learning.
Accompany the students enrolled in Master and in Doctorate studies in the writing of their projects. -organize and liven up workshops of writing. -Plan and coordinate the activities of the students association at ISTEAH. -Oversee the examinations of students and coordinate the corrections of their works.

My research is centered on the observation and the analysis of the emerging mechanisms and the forms of learning in informal environment, via the use of technology. Here, the concept of democratization of the education is approached in terms of opening of education, access to knowledge and the recognition of the multiplicities ways to access knowledge, this to bring new knowledge to the concept of democratization of education and elaborate a better theory.

This master program was a two year program which contributed to the training of a critical mass of graduates of Master's degree, capable of participating in the academic development (education, research and publication) by assuming an active professional role in the development of institutions and Haitian organizations in key domains of macro politics and microphone.
My project research presented criteria and strategies to be considered in the elaboration and development of a Non Formal educational policy for youth in Haiti.

CREATION OF A COLLABORATIVE WRITING ASSOCIATION OF HAITIANS YOUNG WRITERS: JEUNES AUTEURS HAITIENS (JAH)
I have developped and conducted several writing workshops with different groups of children aged from 10 to 18 years. From that experience, we decided to create a network for collaborative writing and isocial interaction. The children also send me their personal stories for revision using emails or whatssapp.

At the professional level, I've been working since ten years in the Haitian educational system on projects related to educational reforms and elaboration of new policies for the improvement of the Haitian education system.
I am now an editorial proofreader at the Institute Sciences Technologies and Advanced Studies of Haiti (ISTEAH), http: // (www.isteah.edu.ht/) which is a top university dedicated mainly to train scientists and pioneers of high level in doctorate (PH.D.) Masters (M.Sc., M.Sc.). I’m also responsible of the curriculum and program development at the school Demesvar Delorme (http: // slogipam.com/ds/) where I train and accompany the school staff in the implementation and the evaluation of the school programs.

Professional Outlook
I'm currently a PH.D. student at the Theaching and Learning Teachnologies (TECFA) laboratory at the University of Geneva. My reseacrh interests are focused on opening and access to education: I'm particularly analyzing how the use of TIC are influencing the way that individuals access to knowledges as well as their ways of learning. The findings of my research will provide basics indicators to analyze how individual learn in informal environement using teachnology and consequelntly qill bring new knowledge to the domain of democratisation

Initially formed in administrative sciences, I’ve later pursued higher education in sciences of the education where I conducted several research on the modes of teachings and learning as well as on the policies of management, validation and recognition of knowledge acquire outside of school system. These works cast my interest in analyzing the question of opening in education: particularly the recognition of the multiple ways to access knowledges and multiple factors which influence its emergence. Therefore, my research interests focus on the effects of technologies on the modes of personal learnings.
I hold a Research Diploma in Digital Education from University of Lille , a Master Degree from the State University (UEH) and el Consejo Latinoamericano de Ciencias Sociales (CLACSO), a Certificate in Educational Leadership from Penn State University a Diploma in School Administration from Quisqueya University, a Diploma in
